How Good is Good Enough?

My cousin wrote the amazing post on Good Friday - How Good is Good Enough? I really encourage you to take a few minutes to read it, it will be time well spent!

I have my copy of How Good is Good Enough on order :)

Here is a bit:

One of the best books I have ever read is a mere 92 pages long and no bigger than a large index card. The content of Andy Stanley’s How Good is Good Enough?, strikes my heart every time. I think the book hits so close to home because it addresses a question that so many people have and yet nobody is completely comfortable talking about….

Just how good do I have to be to get into heaven?

Will's 2nd Birthday

I can't believe our baby is 2!! Here are a few pics from the big day a couple weeks ago.

Opening a present - what I learned, he's not that into opening presents. He gets so into the one thing he opens that he loses interest in the other packages. Next year I think he'll get just one thing!

Birthday pancakes! I have no idea what he is looking at, not me, not Michael, maybe Pede was doing something particularly interesting!

We had a little party at the Children's Museum. I think fun was had by all :)
Lunch

and cake!

A rare family picture!

And a birhtday dinner out. Will LOVES pizza, so we went to Grimmaldi's. The pizza makers were great entertainment helping to pass the time as we waited!

An Update!

Just a few pics from the past couple months in no certain order - it's too hard to rearrange them after you upload them...if there is a trick, I don't know it.

We visited our TN cousins after Christmas, Will loves all his big cousins. Eli appears to be giving Andrew & Will whiplash here :)

Alexandra driving Maxwell and Will slowly!

Christmas was a lot of fun this year, we enjoyed watching Will take it all in. Although he did not like talk of Santa coming to our house in the middle of the night, so of course we dropped that conversation.

Santa came :)

Oh boy!

Glenna and Dennis decked out Will with lights and antlers so that we could fit right in at Lights in the Heights

I just love the boots with shorts!

Taking Pede for a walk around the cul-de-sac

In November we said good bye to Becky, Daniel, Reece & Joe. The will be serving God in Indonesia for the next three and a half years. You can read about their adventures here

Will is such a nurturer, feeding Mickey

And changing his diaper - we change lots of stuffed animal diapers around here!
