We had a big week this past week - lots of firsts! Here are the highlights:
Monday, Michael left (for the first time) for a conference in Fort Worth. We will miss you:
Oh, don't worry Will & I didn't stay home alone. I'm not ready to brave the nights on my own just yet - I mean what if I didn't hear the monitor! Becky, my oldest & best friend from growing up, came to stay with us. She is a pro, a mother of 2! She was such a huge help, doing laundry, making, giving & cleaning bottles, day & night, and cooking!
Thursday was Will's 8 week birthday & my last day of work. After almost eight years at Anadarko is feels weird to just suddenly not work. That's right, I made the decision to stay home and take on a new job, Will's mama! The pay is a little different, the occaisional smile & dirty diapers, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Daddy for working hard to we can stay at home!
Friday was Will's first Easter Egg hunt - we arrived an hour & a half late and without a basket, but it was still great fun. Thanks for having us over Jennifer! Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures...
Saturday Will attended his first crawfish boil. He hasn't quite gotten the hang of peeling them, maybe next year! Thanks Holliers for a great time!
Will also met his little cousin Tucker, here are the boys and their dads :)
And to top the week off, Will's 2 month birthday, Mama's 360 month birthday & Easter! My birthday blueberry pancakes:
It sounds like you have been keeping busy!! Happy Birthday Allison!
