So there, no more Baby Einstein DVDs...for now anyway.
This is how Will spent a lot of yesterday. He didn't want to nap, so he swang. At least he was content!
Talking to himself in the mirror - it was hilarious to watch. He was just squealing away.
This grabbing the toes stage makes for some interesting diaper changes...
Early on in Will's life (you know way back a couple months ago!) I thought we really had a special child. He would NEVER fall asleep in his car seat. I thought the car was a fool-proof way to put kids to sleep, well not for Will. So, now at almost 4 months old, I'm thrilled to show you the following picture! Oh yes, I left him there until he woke up :)
I was nervous about too much TV at first too (still am), but listen, it's SO much more challenging at the beginning to intertain them all day...there's only so much they can do. So a few minutes of a DVD is o.k. I think. Just my opinion...I know the docs would probably tell us otherwise. But 30 min. every few days can't be detrimental, can it??

ReplyDeleteAndrew & Ellen watched Baby Einstein twice daily from 3 to 9 months for the sake of my sanity. And they seem pretty okay... well, we'll see. :)

Wait until the next one comes along and there's no way to keep him from watching Will's TV shows...you won't feel bad then! I think of it as my coffee break :)
